Vintage Brass Candle Holders - For Rent!
Rent my set of vintage, brass candle holders for your next small gathering, birthday celebration, holiday party, or rehearsal dinner at a much cheaper price than purchasing a brand new set with no rental minimum that you may receive from other event rental sites! These are fool-proof and guaranteed to make any gathering look extra special at an affordable price.
The full rental price is $250 with 50% due up-front to lock-in your dates. Please be sure to include your email so we can confirm your event schedule and make sure they are available the week you wish to rent.
Number of units for rent: 67 total
Rental price includes rental for a full week so that you aren't rushing to pick-up and return items the day before and after your event. Please be sure to contact me via email to make sure the date of your event is still available before purchasing. If you don't need all 67, you can rent them by the unit for $5 each.
RETURN/REFUND POLICY:
This rental service is non-refundable. If you need to move your event date for whatever reason, I am happy to help accommodate a new date, but am unable to guarantee that the new timeframe will be available. If any candle-holders are missing upon return, there will be a fee of $12 per missing candle-holder to replace the item.
SHIPPING/PICK-UP/DROP-OFF INFO:
I prefer to rent locally, but if you are interested in covering shipping costs, we can discuss. Fee for shipping is an additional $50 each way. If you are local to the Austin area, pick-up is available for free. Note - the rental includes one full week and does require drop-off for this price. Pick-up and drop-off location will be sent upon purchase. Note - Renters are required to use dripless taper candles and to clean any remaining wax upon return.
DEPOSIT/PAYMENT STRUCTURE:
I require 50% of the full rental cost of $125 up front to lock in your dates. The remaining balance of $125 will be due upon pick-up.
